This issue looks at the randomised MITRA-HR study on use of the MitraClip in patients with severe primary mitral regurgitation; a head-to head comparison of 3 different types of nitinol occluder devices for transcatheter closure of secundum ASD; the implications for DAPT using the COBRA-PzF stent (C-PzF) vs conventional DES; the retrograde approach in CTO recanalisation; and a serial wall shear stress analysis of early strut protrusion and late neointima thickness using BRS.
