EuroIntervention is an international, English language, peer-reviewed journal whose aim is to create a collection of high-quality research and education in the field of percutaneous and surgical cardiovascular interventions. EuroIntervention is the official Journal of EuroPCR and the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI).
It is indexed in Science Citation Index® (ISI), SciVerse Scopus, MEDLINE®/PubMed®
Impact Factor: 6.2 - 2022 Journal Citation Reports® Science Edition (Clarivate Analytics, 2023) - 1st Quartile among worldwide cardiology journals.
A total of 24 issues are published annually.
All the content is peer-reviewed and validated by an editorial board of renowned experts before publication. The Journal publishes Original articles, State-of-the-Art Reviews, Meta-Analyses, Consensus Documents, Trial Designs, Flashlights, Short Articles and more.
While the foundation of EuroIntervention is clearly European, the outlook is international, focusing on the cutting-edge future of the field. EuroIntervention is one of the few journals entirely dedicated to this field and welcomes and encourages the participation of surgeons and peripheral interventionalists.
The online edition of EuroIntervention includes access to previously published editions, ahead-of-print articles, as well as a wide range of moving images that supplement the printed edition.
