Terms and conditions : Eurointervention Challenge EuroPCR 2024

1. The "Promoter" is Europa Group, registered under SIRET 342 066 727 00112, with its registered office located at the following address: 19 Allées Jean Jaurès, 31000 Toulouse.
2. The contest is open to anyone aged 18 and over, participating in EuroPCR 2024, except for employees of Europa Group, their relatives, and anyone involved in the organization or judging of the contest.
3. Participation in this contest is free and requires no purchase.
4. By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below.
5. The contest consists of two parts:
• First part: Participants must find a keyword published on EuroPCR 2024's social media channels. This keyword will serve as a password to access the second part of the contest.
• Second part: Participants must visit the EuroIntervention stand on the 2nd floor of the Palais des Congrès between May 14th and 16^th 3:00PM. They will then use the password to access a computer placed on the stand and answer questions as quickly as possible.
6. Each participant may only enter the contest once. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered, and subsequent entries will be invalidated.
7. The deadline for participation is set for May 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
8. Europa Group shall not be liable for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries, for any reason whatsoever.
9. The winner will be determined as follows:
• The winner will be the one who completes the second part of the contest the fastest among all eligible participants.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or private message on social media within 28 days after the contest closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days after notification, Europa Group reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select a new winner.
11. The prize consists of a free entry to EuroPCR 2025.
12. The winner will be invited to receive their prize during the journal session at EuroPCR 2024, which will take place on May 16, 2024, at room Maillot.
13. Information about the winner will be available within 28 days after the end of the contest. To obtain this information, please contact [email protected].
14. The decision of Europa Group regarding all matters related to the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By participating in this contest, participants agree that their participation, name, and image may be used for promotional purposes by Europa Group. Participants' personal data will be used in accordance with Europa Group Privacy Policy, accessible at following address:

16. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media network. Information is solely collected by Europa Group and will be used in accordance with their privacy policy.
17. This contest is governed by French law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Termes et conditions

1. Le "Promoteur" est Europa Group, immatriculé sous le numéro SIRET 342 066 727 00112, dont le siège social est situé à l'adresse suivante : 19 Allées Jean Jaurès, 31000 Toulouse.
2. Le concours est ouvert à toute personne âgée de 18 ans et plus, participant à EuroPCR 2024, à l'exception des employés d'Europa Group, de leurs proches et de toute personne impliquée dans l'organisation ou le jugement du concours.
3. La participation à ce concours est gratuite et ne nécessite aucun achat.
4. En participant à ce concours, le participant accepte de se conformer à l'ensemble des termes et conditions énoncés ci-dessous.
5. Le concours se déroule en deux parties :
• Première partie : Le participant doit identifier un mot-clé publié sur les réseaux sociaux d'EuroIntervention. Ce mot-clé servira de mot de passe pour accéder à la deuxième partie du concours.
• Deuxième partie : Le participant doit se rendre au stand EuroIntervention, situé au 2ème étage du Palais des Congrès, entre le 14 et le 16 mai à 15h. Il devra ensuite utiliser le mot de passe pour accéder à un ordinateur disponible sur le stand et répondre aux questions aussi rapidement que possible.
6. Chaque participant ne peut participer qu'une seule fois au concours. En cas de participation multiple, seule la première participation sera prise en compte et les suivantes seront invalidées.
7. La date limite de participation est fixée au 16 mai 2024 à 15h. Toute participation reçue après cette date ne sera pas prise en compte.
8. Europa Group ne saurait être tenu responsable de toute participation perdue, retardée, mal acheminée ou corrompue, quelle qu'en soit la raison.
9. Le gagnant sera déterminé comme suit :
• Le gagnant sera celui ayant terminé la deuxième partie du concours le plus rapidement parmi tous les participants éligibles.
10. Le gagnant sera notifié par email et/ou message privé sur les réseaux sociaux dans les 28 jours suivant la clôture du concours. Si le gagnant ne peut être contacté ou ne réclame pas son prix dans les 14 jours suivant la notification, Europa Group se réserve le droit de disqualifier ce gagnant et de sélectionner un nouveau gagnant.
11. Le prix consiste en une entrée gratuite pour EuroPCR 2025.
12. Le gagnant sera invité à recevoir son prix lors de la session du journal à EuroPCR 2024, qui aura lieu le 16 mai 2024 à 18h, en room Maillot.
13. Les informations concernant le gagnant seront disponibles dans un délai de 28 jours après la fin du concours. Pour obtenir ces informations, veuillez contacter [email protected].
14. La décision d'Europa Group concernant toutes les questions relatives au concours est finale et aucune correspondance ne sera échangée à ce sujet.
15. En participant à ce concours, les participants acceptent que leur participation, leur nom et leur image soient utilisés à des fins promotionnelles par Europa Group. Les données personnelles des participants seront utilisées conformément à la politique de Protection des Données d’Europa Group, accessible à l’adresse suivante :

16. Ce concours n'est pas sponsorisé, soutenu ou administré par Facebook, Twitter ou tout autre réseau social. Les informations sont uniquement collectées par Europa Group et seront utilisées conformément à leur politique de confidentialité.
17. Ce concours est régi par les lois françaises et tout litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français.
