Ultrathin, bioresorbable polymer sirolimus-eluting stents versus durable polymer everolimus-eluting stents

BIOFLOW V final 5-year outcomes
Objective
to compare 5-year clinical outcomes among patients treated with ultrathin strut bioresorbable polymer sirolimus-eluting stents (BP-SES) and thin strut durable polymer everolimus-eluting stents (DP-EES)
Study
prospective, multicentre, randomised clinical trial
Population
adults with ischaemic heart disease undergoing planned PCI in de-novo, native coronary lesions
