Objective
to assess the 3-year durability of office BP after stepwise antihypertension medication (AHM) followed by ultrasound renal denervation (RDN) or sham procedure

patients with BP>135/85mm Hg after AHM for 2 to 5 months
Endpoints
change of office BP (OBP) (i.e off antihypertensive medication) from baseline to 36 months
Conclusion
ultrasound renal denervation was associated with a durable office blood pressure reduction up to 36 months. No sham data were provided
