to investigate whether immediate multivessel PCI as the time of primary PCI was non-inferior to staged MV-PCI in patients with STEMI

investigator-initiated, multicentre, open-label, randomised non-inferiority trial
Population
acute STEMI within 24 hours after onset symptoms, having MV-disease and hemodynamically stable
Endpoints
composite of any-death, MI, stroke, unplanned ischemia-driven revascularisation or hospitalisation for heart failure at 1 year
Conclusion
immediate MV-PCI was non-inferior to staged MV-PCI for the treatment of hemodynamically stable patients with STEMI
