Objective
to report the 10-year clinical outcomes of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) compared to surgical aortic valve implantation (SAVR) for treatment of severe aortic valve stenosis
Study
multicentre randomised trial
Population
patients aged 70 years or older with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis and low surgical risk score (STS-Prom 3.0 ± 1.7%) 
Endpoints
composite of all-cause death, stroke or MI during 10 years follow-up
Conclusion
major adverse clinical outcomes of TAVI compared to SAVR were not different 10 years after treatment.
