to determine the 2-year clinical outcomes of OCT-guided PCI compared to angiography-guided PCI

prospective, single-blinded, multicentre, randomised trial
Population
patients at high risk (diabetes mellitus) and high-risk lesion
Endpoints
TVF at 2 years: any-death, MI, or ischemia driven target vessel revascularisation
Conclusion
there was no apparent difference in the 2-year adverse clinical outcomes between OCT-guided or angiography-guided PCI
