to report the incidence of forearm radial artery occlusion (RAO) comparing conventional radial access (TRA) to distal radial access (DRA)

prospective multicentre open-label randomised trial

patients undergoing diagnostic coronary angiography or PCI
Endpoints
incidence of forearm RAO at hospital discharge
Conclusion
the incidence of forearm radial occlusion is similar with conventional radial access compared to distal radial access.
