to investigate whether complete revascularisation using coronary physiology is superior to culprit-only PCI in older patients with acute MI

investigator-initiated, multicentre, randomised trial
Population
older patients ( ⥠75 years), with STEMI or NSTEMI and MV disease
Endpoints
composite of death, MI, stroke or ischemia driven revascularisation within 1 year
Conclusion
physiology-guided complete revascularisation resulted in significant lower incidence of 1-year MACE compared to culprit-only PCI in older patients with acute myocardial infarction
